OK ya’ll, we’re excited to post our first experiment with online yoga content, a classic rock yoga flow! This is an athletic 60-minute yoga class for intermediate or advanced asana practitioners.
Why intermediate? We’re not offering a lot of instruction on this one, we’ll move quickly through the shapes, with limited talking. The yoga sequence includes some extra core, inversion and arm balance play time.
